William Guile, once a prominent Colonel in the air force, now works covertly in the underground fighting scene. His true mission is to lead the “street fighters” on secret missions to preserve peace throughout the world. However, evil takes the form of M. Bison, and he is on a path of world destruction. Will the street fighters be able to thwart his plans?
